NEW YORK Stone Roberts, co-chairman and chief executive of Gotham, is leaving to become president and CEO of Omnicom Group’s Carlson & Partners, Roberts confirmed on Thursday.

Roberts’ exit triggered top management changes at Gotham, an Interpublic Group shop.

Gotham co-chairman and CEO Larry Dunst, 63, remains as CEO, and president Sheri Baron, 48, has been promoted to COO, the agency said. At the same time, Gunnar Wilmot, 51, former chief operating officer for The Partnership division of Interpublic Group, is joining as chairman.
