Years that Terry Wallis spent in a partial coma due to a car accident. The first word he uttered after awakening last month: “Mom.” The second: “Pepsi.” Over the years, Wallis would react to very little in his environment, but Chevy ads did get him worked up. “He wouldn’t drive a Chevrolet, and when the commercials would come on the TV, he’d have a fit,” says his father. “He’d shake his head from one side to the other and give some kind of hollering.”
