DETROIT General Motors’ Cadillac division has made several changes to its marketing staff.

Kim McGill, currently director of retail development, becomes marketing director for Cadillac’s North American products. McGill replaces Susan Docherty, who will attend GM’s Stanford Sloan fellows program in Palo Alto, Calif. While director of retail development, McGill successfully enrolled more than 100 Cadillac dealers in a facility enhancement program. She also oversaw significant revisions to the dealer standards for excellence (SFE) program and certified pre-owned vehicle program, which led to an overall increase in dealer and customer satisfaction.
