ATLANTA–A marketing, research and public relations partnership led by Baltimore’s GKV Communications has triumphed in the review for Maryland’s estimated
$10 million Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation account, agency sources said. The client also confirmed the win.

The Baltimore shop, supported by subcontractors Porter Novelli, Logicon/Row and the 21st Century Group, bested cross-town teams led by Eisner Communications, Carton Donofrio, The Campbell Group, Trahan, Burden & Charles.
