Tracey Locke has joined Dallas creative boutique Frames as executive producer. Previously, Locke was an account executive on the Pepsi business at the similarly named TracyLocke, an Omnicom Group agency. She began her career at DDB Chicago as an art director, working on Budweiser and McDonald’s. Locke moved to JWT, also in Chicago, before heading to Dallas.
