CHICAGO David Hernandez, most recently founder of The Royal Order, has joined OgilvyOne as senior partner, creative director.

Hernandez, 36, will oversee the creative development of OgilvyOne in Chicago, the direct, interactive marketing network of Ogilvy & Mather. He reports to Joe Sciarrotta, Ogilvy’s co-managing director and executive creative director.

Hernandez has a well-known creative reputation in Chicago. Previously, he was chief creative officer of Leapnet following stints at DDB and J. Walter Thompson, both in Chicago.
