Though many holiday traditions tend to differ among various cultures and regions, few are as universal as the stress that children share over the rumored existence of “Naughty and Nice” lists. This idea that a tiny misdeed could potentially stand in the way of receiving presents from Santa is a long-standing fear that transcends time, location and language.
