Digital culinary publisher Food52 is growing at a clip in 2021, after seeing revenue double in 2020. The publisher plans to expand its team—currently at 115 staffers—by more than 50% this year—and it has kicked that off by adding three executives to the company.

Katasha Harley is joining Food52 as the company’s first senior vice president and head of people and culture. Harley, former New York Times head of talent development, is responsible for managing diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and leading people operations.
