NEW YORK Four agencies have advanced to the final round of the review for the Florida Department of Citrus’ $30 million ad account, the client confirmed on Friday. They are: Grey in New York; Havas’ Euro RSCG in Chicago; and independents Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago and The Richards Group in Dallas, the rep said. Richards has handled the account for eight years.

Six other contenders that made written submissions to the client did not advance: WPP Group’s Young & Rubicam in New York; Omnicom Group’s BBDO in New York; Publicis Groupe’s Publicis in Dallas and Interpublic Group shops Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston, Sawyer Miller, in Chicago and Fitzerald + Co.
