VogtGoldstein has promoted Deirdre Fletcher to svp, management supervisor from vice president. In her new position, Fletcher, 33, oversees account service and strategy for existing clients, strategic intelligence and assists with new business development at the independent agency in Westport, Conn. Prior to joining the shop in 2002, Fletcher was vp of marketing at E-Sync Networks in Trumbull, Conn.
