Fletcher Martin Ew-ing has acquired two accounts with combined billings of $5 million.

The Atlanta shop, a unit of Maxxcom in Toronto, won the Public Service Cellular Wireless advertising business following a review against three area agencies. Additionally, the Georgia Department of Human Resources selected FME to launch and manage a new statewide cancer-awareness campaign.

PSC Wireless, a regional service provider, chose FME over incumbent Basset & Becker in Columbus, Ga., T.G. Madison of Atlanta andan undisclosed contender, according to sources.

The shop’s category experience helped win the estimated $2 million business.
