Fogarty Klein Monroe has named Julie Purcell senior account manager on its Waste Management account. Prior to joining the Houston shop, Purcell was part of the senior account team at McGarrah/Jessee in Austin, Texas. FKM has also added Marion Guill as an account manager in its public relations division, Stevens/FKM Public Relations. Guill most recently was an intern at Landis Communications in San Francisco. In addition, FKM has hired Lana Lauve and Tracy Davis as media assistants.
