Group360 has named Geneva Ferrando senior associate. Before arriving at the Washington, D.C., communications firm, Ferrando was an account executive at Public Strategies. The shop has also hired Joe Zepecki, Jake Rubin and Mat Pierson as associates. Zepecki most recently was an account executive at JMG Direct. Rubin was previously involved with the National Advance Staff for Kerry-Edwards 2004. Pierson is a former political coordinator for Donnie Fowler. In addition, Samantha Maitland joins Group360 as a graphic designer.
