Two executives at VNU Business Publications USA’s Adweek Magazines group have been promoted, effective Nov. 15.

Wright Ferguson Jr. was named svp, sales for Adweek Magazines, overseeing the publishers and sales directors for Adweek, Brandweek, Mediaweek, Editor & Publisher and Adweek’s Technology Mar keting. Ferguson, who joined Adweek 10 years ago, was most recently vp, publisher of Adweek.

“He is a highly respected team player known for his ability to solve problems and establish relationships with key decision makers,” said Mike Parker, president of Adweek Magazines, to whom Ferguson reports.

Ami Brophy replaces Ferguson as vp, publisher of Adweek.
