FCB’s O’Keefe Heading to Chicago

CHICAGO — Foote, Cone & Belding’s executive creative director in San Francisco, Tom O’Keefe, is taking the ecd’s job in Chicago, the agency said.

O’Keefe, 39, is perhaps best known for his work as creative director on FCB’s “Sweatermen” spots for Amazon.com, and has more recently worked with Taco Bell.

He fills a post that’s been vacant since Bob Dreveny left the agency a year ago. Worldwide creative director Jonathan Harries, who’s based in Chicago, has been overseeing the office’s work.

The agency is interviewing candidates to take over the top creative post in San Francisco, a representative said.
