Fame President Wilcox to Step Down

CHICAGO Tina Wilcox, president and chief creative officer of retail brand agency Fame, is resigning from the shop, effective March 31.

“Following discussions with Tina, we have mutually agreed to end our relationship,” according to an agency representative. “Tina Wilcox has been instrumental in the growth and development of Fame and we wish her much success in her future endeavors.”

Wilcox, 47, who has been with the shop since its founding in 1990, did not announce her immediate plans. A successor has not yet been named.

Fame was originally a part of Minneapolis agency Martin/Williams, but was spun off from that shop in October 2001. It has since operated as an independent unit of TBWA Worldwide. The shop counts Target Corp., General Mills, DreamWorks and Procter & Gamble among its clients.
