CHICAGO Fahlgren has reorganized following its April acquisition of Lord, Sullivan & Yoder.

The Columbus, Ohio-based agency will remain under chief executive officer Steve Drongowski, who will oversee three main units. John Stertz, president and chief creative officer, will lead advertising, digital and direct. Stertz was formerly corporate creative director at Fahlgren. Chief marketing officer Chris Perkins was promoted to managing partner and chief strategy officer.

The agency’s public relations unit has been dubbed Fahlgren Mortine under president Neil Mortine, formerly president of LSY Public Relations.
