NEW YORK The Fader‘s July/August Summer Music issue will be available for free on iTunes, the company said today.

The issue covering the best in new music this season will be the first magazine available in its entirety at the music store’s “New and Notable section,” and also at media.thefader.com/assets/issue_39/thefader_issue39.pdf

The partnership allows the 80,000-circulation title to expand its reach to millions of music lovers.

“We’re about bringing attention to the emerging artists and musicians that we love, and are always looking for a way to get the word out,” said Andy Cohn, publisher of The Fader.
