Two former staffers of The Dallas Morning News have established interactive agency Wave Base 9 here.





Previously technology writer at the paper, Todd Copilevitz is president and technology chief, while former arts editor Tom Kessler is director of business development.





Among the agency’s services are on-line content, Web design, CD-ROM development, packaging, printed collateral materials, outdoor advertising and broadcast graphics.





The company has already completed assignments for GTE and America Online, as well as for agencies like DDB Needham Dallas and Temerlin McClain, Irving.





Other principals at WaveBase 9 are creative director Bob Shema and original content publisher Tracy Baxter.
