Mark Everly, formerly an account supervisor at Interpublic Group’s Initiative Media in Minneapolis, has opened The Media Department in Minneapolis. The two- person shop will work with clients and agencies. Before he joined Initiative in August 1998, Everly was a media director at Boelter & Lincoln Marketing in Madison, Wis.
