Evaliant Purchases AdWatch

Forrester Research, an Internet and emerging technologies research and analysis firm, has sold its Internet AdWatch unit to Evaliant Media Resources (formerly known as Leading Web Advertisers), a privately held provider of online advertising data.

As part of the agreement, Forrester will take a minority equity position in Evaliant, as well as a seat on its board of directors. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Clients use Internet AdWatch to track the online marketing efforts of more than 15,000 advertisers across more than 650 U.K., French and German Web sites. Internet AdWatch will continue to be based in London and will operate as a division of Evaliant.
