DALLAS Euro RSCG’s Dallas office will now be known as SWJ—Schroepfer Wessels Jolesch—after parent Havas acquired SWJ and merged the two agencies, the company said.

The combined agency will have about 80 employees and billings of $100 million.

Chief executive officer Jake Schroepfer, chief operating officer Jerry Wessels and president Bruce Jolesch lead SWJ.

“This is a terrific opportunity for our agency,” said Schroepfer. “We will now have access to the world-class resources of Havas, while maintaining our identity in the region and gaining new talent from Euro RSCG.”
