Euro RSCG Restructures, Rebrands

NEW YORK — Euro RSCG Worldwide has restructured its North American network into two arms, Euro RSCG MVBMS Partners and Euro RSCG Tatham Partners, the agency said. The moves had been expected (Adweek Online, April 29).

The two units will oversee 11 existing agencies covering various disciplines include advertising, database management, public relations, promotions and direct. The names of all units will begin with Euro RSCG.

Euro RSCG MVBMS Partners will be under CEO Ron Berger, fomerly CEO of Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer Euro RSCG (now Euro RSCG MVBMS, the divisions advertising arm) in New York.

Under Berger will be Euro RSCG ASL (database management); Euro RSCG Devon Direct (direct marketing); Euro RSCG Tyee MCM (direct response TV);Euro RSCG Circle (interactive); Euro RSCG Meridian (management consulting); Euro RSCG Middleberg (public relations); Euro RSCG Impact (promotion, events, sampling, Wall media); and Euro RSCG MVBMS Hispanic.

Euro RSCG Tatham Partners is run by CEO Gary Epstein, formerly CEO of Euro RSCG McConnaughy Tatham (now Euro RSCG Tatham Partners) in Chicago.

In addition to working with the units under MVBMS, Tatham Partners’ interactive will be handled by Euro RSCG Interaction; it’s direct by Euro RSCG Devon Direct; and its pr by Euro RSCG Tatham Public Relations. Euro RSCG Tyee MCM, Euro RSCG Tatham Partners in Salt Lake City and Euro RSCG Impact will report through Tatham’s Epstein.

Berger and Epstein report to Euro RSCG Worldwide chairman and CEO Bob Schmetterer.
