New York — Euro RSCG Worldwide acquired Frankfurt, Germany-based Dorfer Relationship Communications, the eighth-largest marketing services agency in Germany. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
The purchase of Dorfer is intended to strengthen the Euro RSCG Marketing Services offerings in the German market, complementing the capabilities of Euro RSCG Kremer Forster in Dusseldorf.
Dorfer Relationship Communications, founded and managed by Manfred Dorfer, specializes in CRM, marketing services, and database management. Its major clients include American Express, Biotherm, DHL and Visa.
