Euro RSCG Bolsters Creative Ranks

NEW YORK Robert Kleman, an acd at TBWA\Chiat\Day here, is joining crosstown shop Euro RSCG Worldwide as ecd and will focus on Kraft, the agency said.

At the same time, Jason Levine, a cd at Publicis, New York, is also joining Euro RSCG, where he will hold the same title.

The duo will work as a team. Kleman is a copywriter by trade while Levine is an art director as well as a copywriter.

Both will report to the Havas shop’s three other executive creative directors: Michael Lee, Alicia Johnson and Hal Wolverton.

Euro RSCG beat out Interpublic Group’s DraftFCB and WPP Group’s Ogilvy & Mather, both in New York, earlier this year in review for the Kraft brands Ritz, Toasted Chips and Triscuits.

“Robert Kleman and Jason Levine exemplify the best of the talents that make up Euro RSCG Worldwide,” said Lee in a statement. “Robert is not only celebrated internationally for his creative talents, having directed campaigns for Absolut, Snickers, Sony and BMW, he has also led successful pitches for multi-million dollar international new business wins. Jason has demonstrated the drive and talent to rise from new business assistant to creative director in just the first five years of his career, and has since launched and relaunched some of the best-known consumer brands, including TBS, Heineken and Amstel Light.”

Kleman, who began working at Euro RSCG as a consultant last week, expects to officially start sometime later this month, as does Levine.
