NEW YORK Euro RSCG said it has promoted Annette Stover to chief operating officer, a position in its New York office that has been vacant for nearly two years.
Stover, 41, had been chief of staff at the Havas-owned shop since November 2004. She will report to Ron Berger, CEO and chief creative officer of the agency’s New York and San Francisco offices.
In addition to her new responsibilities of overseeing operations including IT and finance, Stover will continue to lead new business efforts for New York, which last week won the $30 million ExxonMobil account after a review.
