NEW YORK Murray Hardie, previously director of planning at Fallon in Minneapolis, has joined Energy BBDO in Chicago as chief planning officer.
 
Hardie, 44, who had been at Fallon for nearly five years, fills a role vacant since November when Chip Walker left the agency.
 
“In Murray, we found this fabulous person who is a strong believer in the power of creativity, which is very important to us,” said Tonise Paul, president and CEO of Energy BBDO, who described Hardie as an “extraordinary” talent.
