CHICAGO-Energizer Holdings is considering a consolidation of its $45 million account, with brands currently split between TBWA\Chiat\Day and DDB, sources said.

It’s the second time in as many years Energizer has tinkered with its agency roster. Last year lead shop TBWA/C/D/ was in a face-off with three other agencies for the launch of the e2 battery. The competition eventually was won by DDB Chicago.

DDB then came out with its own campaign, devoid of TBWA\C\D’s famous bunny.
