Energizer Holdings has consolidated its global creative duties on its Energizer and Eveready brands at Omnicom Group’s TBWA, its longtime lead agency in the U.S.

TBWA’s gain of creative duties outside the U.S comes at the expense of sister shop DDB. The shift, which came after several months of meetings between TBWA and Energizer executives, adds an estimated $3-4 million in revenue to TBWA’s Energizer account, said sources.

Global spending on the brands was not immediately available.
