Via in Portland, Maine, has promoted Vaughn Misail to associate creative director. In the new position, Misail will oversee creative on a variety of the agency’s accounts. Since joining Via earlier this year, he has served as senior copywriter. Previously, Misail held creative posts at Harpell, Maynard, Mass., and O’Neill Griffin in Manchester, N.H.
