SCOTLAND Glasgow – “If you are serious about climate change and climate change innovation, there is no better place to be present in the world than at the biggest environmental conference of the century,” explains Hitachi Europe’s group public affairs officer Hans Daems, who is also the company’s chair of the board of CSR in the region too.

As a principal partner of COP26, the sustainability summit taking place in Glasgow from the beginning of November, the Japanese electronics conglomerate expects to position itself among the companies that aim to make a difference when it comes to the climate crisis, including Unilever, Microsoft and Centrica.
