Men aren’t shaving as much as they used to—and this was true even before bars, restaurants and offices were forced to close due to Covid-19.

Part of the reason? Stubble has become acceptable. Beards look cool. Shaving each morning also takes time, and these days there never seems to be enough of that.

And, according to consumer goods company Edgewell Personal Care, more than four in five men say the ability to prevent skin irritation is the biggest factor when it comes to deciding which razor to purchase.
