LOS ANGELES-The Arizona Department of Health Services has moved its $10-15 million anti-smoking account from Riester-Robb to E.B. Lane Marketing Communications.

Riester-Robb, which handled the account for more than five years, participated in the review and was the runner-up for both the advertising and public relations portions of the account. According to an ADHS representative, contenders for the advertising portion of the account also included Moses Anshell and Cramer-Krasselt, both in Phoenix. For the PR portion, the only other contender was Cramer-Krasselt.
