Earthlink Consolidates Media, Direct Assignments

NEW YORK Internet service provider Earthlink has tapped Horizon Media, New York, to handle direct response and general market media planning and buying accounts totaling an estimated $50 million, a representative for the media shop said.

Media responsibilities will be for Earthlink’s dial-up, broadband and MailStation products. Horizon has been handling Earthlink’s direct response buying since August 2001.
