DWP/Bates Technology has established an office in Irvine, Calif.
Cita Walsh-Vincent, former vp of creative and client services at iXL in San Diego, will serve as vp, managing director of the four-person office. Also on board are svp, strategic planner Mark Weinfeld, formerly of Bates USA West; vp of business development Ben Chung, previously a strategic planner on Mazda at Doner; and a senior account manager from DWP/Bates’ Atlanta headquarters.
“A big part of the reason why Bates acquired [Donino, White & Partners] was to build a technology practice worldwide,” said DWP/Bates president Eldridge “Ridge” White.
