Tom Van Daele has joined independent shop Duval Guillaume in New York as associate creative director. Prior to joining the agency, he was creative director and partner at Belgian agency 10 Advertising. Van Daele has also served in the creative departments of LG&F and Ogilvy & Mather in Belgium, where he worked on the Coke and Fanta brands, Ford, Procter & Gamble, Bacardi and Jansport.
