DSW Partners Kicks Off Campaign For Maxtor Corp.

Euro RSCG DSW Partners this week launches a print campaign for information-storage company Maxtor Corp.

Tagged “Network storage you can use,” three ads show the “gritty” world of professionals who “work in backroom closets with networking hardware,” said DSW account director Heather Pollard.

The Salt Lake City agency was tapped last year to handle print and opt-in e-mail campaigns for Maxtor’s MaxAttach products following a review of undisclosed agencies. The account was previously handled in-house. Spending was undisclosed; Maxtor spent just under $2 million on print ads last year, according to AdScope, a Eugene, Ore., firm.

Ads are running in various business publications through the end of the year.
