Jordan Rednor’s exit from DraftWorldwide led to two promotions at the agency.

David Florence, Draft’s New York president, becomes president, international. In his new job, Florence assumes duties previously held by former chief president and COO Rednor and European president Val erie Taylor, who is leaving the shop.

Rednor last month was moved to an unspecified job within the Interpublic Group, Draft’s parent, [Adweek, Aug. 19].

Taking over as president of Draft New York is Laurence Boschetto, for merly the office’s general manager.

Florence, a 14-year veteran of the agency, also takes a seat on Draft’s board of directors.
