Noah Levine has joined Interpublic Group’s Draft as vice president, account director on the agency’s Bank of America business. Levine arrives at the New York shop from JPMorgan Chase, where he was a vice president in the small business financial services group. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, he was at Citigroup Credit Cards, where he ran acquisition, activation and retention programs for the Ford and Driver’s Edge cards. He also worked at Western Union on its pre-paid phone card and Money Transfer Preferred Customer Program.
