The Advertising Club of Southeastern Rhode Island next month will bestow its highest annual honor on Michael Doyle, president of RDW Group. The 125-member organization has singled out Doyle for its “Person of the Year” for 2000.
Doyle joined RDW in 1987 after stints in public service, first working for U.S. Rep. Claudine Schneider and then as director of administration for the city of Cranston and the state of Rhode Island.
His agency, the largest in Rhode Island and among the Top 10 in New England, was originally based in an apartment.
