Concord Communications has tapped Donovan Group in Northborough, Mass., as its first ad agency after a review of undisclosed shops.
Billings on the business-to-business account are in the low seven figures, according to a client representative.
Concord, also in Northborough, develops network reporting software and Web-based products that measure the effectiveness of online investments. Companies using Concord’s services include Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Chrysler, Dow Jones and Johnson & Johnson.
It was Donovan’s “clear understanding of branding” and the issues Concord faces that put the agency over the top, said Jane Brewer, the client’s marketing manager.
