Doner Hangs On To Borden Snack Biz

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – W.B. Doner/Southfield, which was under pressure for several months on its Borden snack business, has retained its estimated $10 million Borden snack account as well as won the assignment for a new line of Borden brand snacks which will begin testing this spring. Borden will spend about $10 million in advertising to support the line as well as run new ads for its regional brands. ‘We are very pleased with the work that Doner has done,’ said Peter J. Cline, group vp/North American snacks.
