LOS ANGELES — Mail Boxes Etc. has awarded its $20 million creative and media account to Doner, confirmed a client representative.

The decision follows a four-month review led by The Rojek Cutcher Group in Cleveland.

The San Diego-based retail postal and business service chain also considered finalists McCann-Erickson in Los Angeles, Campell-Ewald Advertising in Warren, Mich., and Bernstein-Rein in Kansas City, Mo.

The account had been with Ogilvy & Mather in Los Angeles, which did not pitch.

Doner will service the account from its Newport Beach, Calif.
