Devine Puts Perkins’ People in Spotlight

BOSTON Devine & Pearson has developed a corporate identity and positioning campaign for Perkins, a wholesale distributor of foodservice and maintenance supplies.

The theme is “Our people deliver more,” and the work from the Quincy, Mass., independent includes logos, signage, brochures, a Web site (www.perkins1.com, which recently launched) and other communications materals.

Even the company’s truck fleet is part of the effort. Rather than simply bearing the Perkins’ logo, they are being decorated with life-size photos of Perkins’ employees from all facets of the Taunton, Mass.-based company’s operations.

Jon Olson, D&P vice president and creative director, said that particular use of images is designed to convey the depth of the company’s offerings and commitment to services.
