Devine, Kingsbury Move Up at Paul Kaza

Paul Kaza Associates has promoted Barbara Devine to director of operations. Formerly an account manager at the South Burlington, Vt., agency, Devine will now be responsible for overall operations and serve as the liaison for the shop’s government and Vermont product-related clients. The agency also promoted Lisa Scott Kingsbury to director of public relations. Previously, Kingsbury was a public relations account executive at the agency. Additionally, PKA has added the following staff: Rachel Carter as public relations account executive, Jacqui Carroll as accounts receivable administrator, Katie LeFebvre as office administrator and Allison Rude as account coordinator.
