Dennis Holt is a buyer again. The executive who launched the concept of unbundled media is back in business.

Holt, 67, who launched U.S. International Media in New York in 1965 and returned to his native Los Angeles five years later to found Western International Media, opens a new buying service in West Hollywood, Calif., today.

The fledgling shop, also named U.S. International Media, begins with a staff of three—the same number that the original USIM and Western began with.
