Dean Foods Vegetable Co. in Green Bay, Wis., is in the final stages of a review for its Birds Eye Frozen Vegetables line. Billings are estimated at $5-10 million.
Young & Rubicam, San Francisco, resigned the business last month, citing “creative and strategic differences.”
Cricklewood Marketing Consultants in Minneapolis is working with Dean on the review. Cricklewood representatives declined to comment on the review, but sources said agencies in Minneapolis and Milwaukee are believed to be involved.
Dean Foods acquired the Birds Eye vegetables brand from Kraft Foods in November 1993.
