DALLAS–DDB Dallas has won back the $10 million creative account of Hampton Inns from TBWA/Chiat/Day following a review and a change in corporate ownership.
DDB first held agency of record status for Memphis, Tenn.-based Hampton Inns in 1994. An agency review was initiated in 1998 after Hampton Inns was purchased by Promus Hotels. That review resulted in the creative and media portions of the business being divided between TBWA in New York and DDB.
