Davis & Company Moves Up to No. 3 On Arby’s Roster

Davis & Company has expanded its ad duties for Arby’s co-ops, picking up the Rochester and Syracuse, N.Y., markets in a review against undisclosed shops. Combined billings total $1 million.

The wins boost the Washington, D.C., shop to third place among Arby’s agencies behind Doner in Detroit, which handles the restaurant’s national creative account, and Atlanta’s Fletcher Martin Ewing.

“What set us apart from the local agencies is that we’ve got two account folks who do just Arby’s work,” said Andy Kostecka, vice president of client services at Davis. “We know the whole system.”

Davis will produce local radio, creative tags for TV spots as well as newspaper and outdoor ads.

Arby’s is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
