DALLAS John P. David of John David PR and Julio A. Garcia of Julio Garcia Marketing and Public Relations have formed David & Garcia PR, the shop said.
David, 37, and Garcia, 36, will each retain the title of partner at the Miami public relations agency. The four-person firm will specialize in PR and marketing communications services, specifically media relations, David said.
